Agents receive support from a caring local broker, FREE aerial video and photos of their listings and LEADS – all for a flat-fee per transaction, along with a low monthly fee to cover E&O. 

As a real estate brokerage and retailer of home products – we arm our agents to be able to provide a comprehensive experience for their clients. Our agents are able to take a property that likely wouldn’t sell due to poor curb appeal, and offer an array of in-house solutions to their client.

We have established home goods industry trade accounts and wholesale pricing with manufacturers as a value-added benefit for our agents and their clients. In addition to commission generated from residential sales, we offer our agents an additional revenue stream – from retail sales. Agents that sell the home products we retail receive a commission from the retail sale, depending on markup.

Imagine being able to take your clients from a showing over to a design showroom where they can choose new cabinets, flooring, lighting – and you receive a commission on those items in addition to the home sale. 

We’re a virtual-based agency that operates with a low monthly fee and a flat-fee per transaction with our partner agents. We focus on south-central Texas, and are members of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Four Rivers Association of Realtors, and the Uvalde Board of Realtors.
