After the management agreement is signed, we will conduct a property condition video and create a written report to document the current condition as a baseline for comparison.
We inspect each property every 6 months and analyze the condition against the baseline condition video. A report will be provided to you.

As a retailer of home products, we can provide confidential pricing on items to jazz up your rental property and potentially earn a higher rent.
Monthly reporting and year end tax statements
Discounted lease fee of one-half of one month’s rent (plus 10% of monthly collected rent ($100 minimum)).
Password protected website portal for owners to use to view property reports and monthly statements.
